thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't recommend more this hotel. we had the a twin room which was brand-new and huge with a large bed available. good location, it was a perfect 10/10 stay for business trip.

Our room had a large bed and an exceptionally good view. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe were provided for a wonderful stay for business trip🙂👍

Good modern hotel overlooking city, we had a such wonderful experience here. The location of this venue was favourable. Set in 20 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were helpful and very helpful.

The hotel staff were wonderful, kind, and friendly. Eco-friendly with no plastic bottles. Language barriers were manageable. Convenient location near train station.

What a lovely modern place to stay! The rooms with a large bed available. Variety of great options for meal. Nice area, central location just off the regular restaurant and the cafe bistro style, well known beach and Pantai Boom. Free parking on site provided. The early check-in. Wonderful base for exploring Banyuwangi.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has a great three-star plus feel. We love the choice of two restaurants, with a nice menu and a small bubur stand on the terrace. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and a pool area with a nice lounging area. We appreciate the spacious and clean rooms and the excellent value for money at Moxie Cafe and Eatery.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room amenities were great, including the comfortable bed and the strong shower head. The hotel also had excellent facilities, such as the swimming pool and the restaurant which offered delicious food. We were impressed with the high level of service and attention to detail throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel's proximity to Mount Ijen and its affordable value for money were the two things that stood out. Despite being a bit far from the city center, it was the perfect base for exploring the iconic landmark. the breakfast buffet had plenty of options; the quality and quantity of choices were indicative of the hotel's focus on guest satisfaction.

Sadly, the hotel's noise level, poor room service, and wedding functions detracted from the experience. My stay was interrupted by two weddings and guests servicing the celebrants, and this detracted from my ability to enjoy the hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business meetings as it was in close proximity to the main business area. The complimentary water in the lobby and coffee in the room was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

My overall experience was not great due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the room. The bathroom floor and shower were not properly cleaned and the tiles had mold growing on them.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. The restaurant served delicious food with lots of variety, and the hotel provided a range of facilities like a pool, and a selection of wines and cigars.

The noise level due to the call to prayer in the morning, which could be heard from the room.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I also appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly approach, with the use of water dispensers instead of plastic bottles.
